The Gaylord Opryland has reserved a special room rate of $149 single or double occupancy plus taxes (currently 9.25% sales tax, 6% occupancy tax, $2.50 per night city tax). This rate is inclusive of the resort fee. That rate includes:

• In-room wired and wireless internet access
• Wireless internet access in public areas
• Fitness center access
• Designated complimentary in-room beverages
• Local shuttle service
• On-line access to the Wall Street Journal
• Complimentary local and toll free telephone calls (20 minutes per call)

You must book your accommodations by August 19, 2011 to receive the discounted rate. Please book your hotel room when you complete your conference registration form here. Credit-card payment is due at time of registration. Hotel Cancellation Policy
Best Meetings Inc. must receive hotel cancellations no later than September 23rd for refund of hotel deposit. Hotel cancellations received after September 23rd will be charged one night's guaranteed guestroom rate plus taxes and fees. All hotel cancellations must be submitted to Best Meetings Inc. Check-in time for the hotel is 3 p.m. and checkout time 11AM.

Early Departure Policy
Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee of one night's room rental plus tax should advise Best Meetings Inc. no later than September 27 or Gaylord Opryland before check-in.

With a record number of registrations for the conference this year; the Gaylord Opryland is sold out the night of Oct 4. Your hotel reservation will be made for Gaylord Opryland for your arrival date through the night of October 3 with an October 4 check-out date.
