As an established user of Infor System i software there comes a time when refresher or targeted education on a specific issue is needed. To achieve this, Infor Consulting Services are delighted to be offering a range of ‘how to’ training courses – refer to the most popular topics listed in the table below.

Training can be delivered via Webex or group classroom sessions.

  • The duration of Webex sessions are one half day and offer a convenient way to learn by minimising cost and disruption.

  • Group classroom sessions designed for you will be hosted at Blythe Valley Business Park, Birmingham, UK and are subject to minimum attendance.  A pre-course questionnaire will need to be returned so that any specific questions may be answered during the session, where time allows.

A course designed to provide hints and tips for using Infor F9 to simplify your financial reporting.

Interactive training on how to find a ptf on Infor365, check co-requisites, pre-requisites and how to install on your system.

SIOPS System i Operations
Covering subjects such as Housekeeping activities, day start / end schedule, task setup.

SIWSPCAD Workspace Administration
Here we will go through the steps required to diagnose issues you may encounter during day to day support and administration of workspace.

SIWSPCEX Workspace Extensions
Learn how to customise your application screens, for example by adding new function tabs and facilitating links to stored documents.

SIPC PC Uplift
The PC Uplift tool can be used for Journals and Budget loading, in this course we will teach you the process from creating the input spreadsheet through to posting the resultant data.
