Course description

Through direct presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises, this course teaches you to configure your existing system to meet your specific needs. It will also give you the foundation to customize areas of your Infor10 Public Sector Enterprise (Hansen) Release 8 system and is critical for effective maintenance of the system.

Objectives

After completing this course, participants should be able to perform the following tasks:

• Personalize web forms.
• Customize viewer pages.
• Create work flows.
• Create agency specific business objects and detail pages.
• Understand the components necessary to create custom reports.
• Personalize detail tabs and control selections.

• Locate and create database tables that allow the agency to design specific reports providing your end users with greater access to more data.
• Create pages for end users to store and access specific agency data.
• Provide easy to understand views to users.

• Day 2: Work Management Activity workflow configuration.
• Day 3: Hansen 8 CDR application workflow configuration.
• Day 4: Creating detail pages and ad hoc reports.
