Gartner includes CPQ software in sales best practices report
In Gartner’s 2015 report discussing best practices to improve B2B sales enablement, analyst Tad Travis included Configure Price Quote (CPQ) software in its list of capabilities that best satisfy business drivers and key performance indicators for efficiency and effectiveness. These include:
- Win ratio
- Lead-to-quote time
- Price accuracy
- Reducing delays
- Profitability and margin ratios
- Workflow speed
